WHO WE ARE
Refreshing Spring Community Church of God in Christ is a warm, vibrant, and growing church in Riverside, California.
Refreshing Spring Community Church of God in Christ (RSCC) is a Spirit-led and Bible-based ministry entrusted by God to disciple, develop, and train His people. He has given us a vision for His Church and a true love for His people.
Within the scope of our vision, is the mission to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ and win souls to the Kingdom of God. Our concern is not only for the “spirit man,” but for the “natural man” as well. Through this ministry, we have witnessed lives changed through the Word of God, healed through the magnificent power of the Holy Spirit and prosper through practical teaching and development. It is our sincere endeavor to reach not only those who are spiritually lost, but to also develop those who desire a closer relationship with Jesus Christ.
What joy for those who can live in your house, always singing your praises. What joy for those whose strength comes from the LORD, who have set their minds on a pilgrimage to Jerusalem. When they walk through the Valley of Weeping, it will become a place of refreshing springs.

Refreshing Spring Community Church is a Christ-centered, Spirit-led ministry committed to glorifying God through worship, reaching the lost with the gospel of Jesus Christ, developing disciples through biblical teaching, and equipping, empowering every member to grow, serve, and impact lives for the Kingdom of God.
Our Vision
Our vision is to see lives refreshed, disciples developed, and communities transformed through the power of Jesus Christ.
What We Believe
We believe the Bible to be the inspired and only infallible written word of God.
We believe that there is only One God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
We believe in the blessed hope, which is the rapture of the Church of God, which is in Christ, at his return.
We believe that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Jesus Christ.
We believe that regeneration by the Holy Ghost is absolutely essential for personal salvation.
We believe that the redemptive work of Christ on the Cross provides healing for the human body in answer to believing prayer.
We believe that the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 2:4, is given to believers who ask for Him.
We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy and separated life in the present world.

OUR LEADERS
Pastor Renard L. Hamilton is a devoted leader committed to fulfilling God’s purpose by sharing the gospel, leading people to Christ, and building the Kingdom of God. His philosophy of ministry emphasizes practical application and meeting the spiritual needs of this generation.
Pastor Hamilton has been a member of Refreshing Spring Community Church since 1999. He received his minister’s license in 2006 and was ordained as an Elder in 2009 by Bishop Charles E. Blake, Sr. Throughout the years, he has faithfully served the church and community in many capacities, including leadership roles within the Riverside District and San Bernardino Region. His dedication to the ministry led to his appointment as Assistant Pastor, where he worked alongside Pastor Bobby A. Davis to strengthen and grow the church, including guiding the congregation through innovative virtual ministry during the COVID-19 pandemic.
In January 2023, following the retirement of Pastor Emeritus Bobby A. Davis, Pastor Hamilton was installed as the Senior Pastor of Refreshing Spring Community Church. He serves faithfully alongside his wife of more than 35 years, Regina. Together they have three adult children who are actively involved in ministry.
Professionally, Pastor Hamilton is a Realtor and uses his administrative expertise to serve the community and advocate for generational wealth and opportunity.
